Shipping policy
Once a piece has completed production, it will be shipped out to you. Below are the shipping timelines once the package leaves our facility.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping information is entered at checkout. Otherwise, they will be responsible for additional shipping charges should packages be returned.
In line with international shipping practices, duties and taxes are assessed by the importing country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
