Shipping policy

Once a piece finishes production, it ships out to you. Your total delivery time is production time plus the shipping window below.

made to order: 2-3 weeks
in stock: ships in 2-3 business days

Shipping
Canada: 1-5 business days
US: 2-5 business days
International: 5-10 business days
International express: 5-7 business days

Please double check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.

For international orders, any duties or taxes charged by your country's customs are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, STEFF ELEOFF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, we recommend checking with neighbours and building management, and contacting the carrier directly to open a claim. We're happy to provide your tracking details and any documentation we can to support your claim.
