Returns, Exchanges, Repairs and Defects Policy

We want you to love your Steff Eleoff piece. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment. Because our jewelry is handmade, sculptural, limited in production, and in many cases made to order, our return and repair policy is intentionally limited.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show any signs of wear, use, damage, scratches, dents, bending, tarnishing, plating wear, product residue, fragrance, lotion, makeup, sweat exposure, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit:

  • Custom pieces
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Limited-edition pieces
  • Solid gold and gold vermeil pieces
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale
  • Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or removed from their original condition

Final sale items may only be reviewed if they arrive with a verified manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an eligible item is approved for return, store credit will be issued and may be used toward a new purchase.

Manufacturing Defects

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

A manufacturing defect means a fault in the construction or workmanship of the piece that existed at the time of delivery.

Manufacturing defects do not include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, bending, or surface marks
  • Tarnishing or fading
  • Plating wear
  • Broken chains, clasps, or components caused by pulling, impact, pressure, or improper handling
  • Damage from water, sweat, perfume, lotion, sanitizer, cosmetics, chemicals, chlorine, salt water, or humidity
  • Damage from sleeping, exercising, sports, travel, storage, or daily wear
  • Loss or theft
  • Fit issues
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs, resizing, modifications, or cleaning
  • Any item that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

All defect claims are subject to inspection and approval by Steff Eleoff Inc. If we determine that the issue is a manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Repairs

We do not guarantee repairs, resizing, refinishing, replating, or restoration services.

Where possible, we may offer a repair or touch-up service at our discretion. Availability depends on the design, material, condition of the piece, and whether repair is technically possible.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to repairs unless the issue is confirmed by us to be a manufacturing defect.

Tech Ring Covers

Tech Ring Covers are decorative jewelry pieces designed to be worn over compatible tech rings. They are not protective equipment, sports equipment, or performance accessories.

Because tech rings are often worn during workouts, walking, golf, tennis, lifting, sleep, travel, and other daily activities, Tech Ring Covers may be exposed to more friction, sweat, impact, pressure, and surface contact than traditional jewelry.

For this reason, Tech Ring Covers are subject to a stricter wear policy.

Tech Ring Covers are eligible for return only if they are:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging

Tech Ring Covers are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, store credit, repair, or replacement if they show signs of:

  • Wear or use
  • Scratches, dents, bending, or surface marks
  • Plating wear or finish loss
  • Sweat exposure
  • Water exposure
  • Impact
  • Friction from exercise equipment, weights, golf clubs, racquets, gloves, bags, hard surfaces, or other objects
  • Damage caused by applying or removing the cover
  • Damage caused by incorrect sizing or incompatibility with the customer’s tech ring
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and confirming compatibility before purchase. Fit issues, sizing errors, forced application, forced removal, or incompatibility with a customer’s tech ring are not manufacturing defects.

We recommend removing Tech Ring Covers before workouts, sports, lifting, swimming, showering, sauna use, sleeping, or any activity involving sweat, water, impact, pressure, or repeated friction.

Wear caused by fitness activity, daily use, sweat, water, friction, impact, or improper handling is considered normal wear and is not covered as a manufacturing defect.

Return Authorization

All returns and defect claims must be approved before being shipped back to us.

To request a return or report a defect, please contact us with your order number, delivery date, and clear photos of the item.

Items sent back without approval may be refused and returned to the sender.
