SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY



Steff Eleoff jewelry is handmade-to-order and requires approximately 2-3 weeks of production once payment is received, plus the time for shipping. Local orders will be shipped with Canada Post, international orders are shipped via DHL, and all will include a tracking number. International delivery times will vary depending on the destination.


All Sales are final. Once your items are received you have 10 calendar days to report any damages upon arrival. Returns must be approved by our Customer Care team, who can be reached at info@steffeleoff.com. We will only accept products that are unused and returned with all original packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and applicable costs.


The buyer is responsible for selecting the appropriate size for any jewelry piece. If an alternate size is needed, there will be an additional resize cost, including shipping.
